ABOUT THE POSITION
The main objective of the Manager, Client Services is customer relationship building, retention and optimization. The successful candidate will serves as the main point of contact for INARIA sales reps, customers, and consumers in a given territory.
Receive, process, and verify information from both sales reps and customers involving product requests, and entering information into our system as actual orders when requests are confirmed.
Being proactive to contact customers
Make sure their experience was pleasant
Make sure they have all that they need
Tracking the orders that you are responsible for throughout the production process, to ensure that they are being completed correctly and to ensure on-time delivery.
Building relationships with customers
Ensuring client satisfaction
Communicating to sales reps and customers in a timely manner when there are questions about orders, changes to orders including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicating the changes back to the appropriate departments
BA or equivalent
2 – 3 years of customer service/customer relations experience in a similar organization
Proficiency in MS office
Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Able to work independently and with others
Detail oriented a must
Excellent organizational, time management, communication skills (verbal and written)
